What we support
KAA supports a growing range of kinetic arts. Equipment is provided at open sessions — no purchase necessary. Click any activity to learn more.
Juggling
The art of keeping multiple objects in the air at once — balls, clubs, rings, and beyond. Juggling builds coordination, focus, and a deep sense of rhythm that carries into everything else you do.
Slackline
A nylon webbing stretched between two anchors — your job is to walk it. Slacklining builds extraordinary balance, body awareness, and mental presence. The line is never still, and neither are you.
Footbag
A small, weighted bag kept aloft using only your feet, legs, and body. Footbag develops coordination, flexibility, and a creative movement vocabulary that's entirely your own.
Spikeball
A fast-paced, 2-on-2 game where teams rally a small ball off a round net. Physical, strategic, and intensely fun — spikeball rewards hustle, creativity, and court sense.
Flow Arts
Movement disciplines using props — poi, staff, fans, hoops — as extensions of the body. Flow arts blend dance, skill, and personal expression into something that looks like choreography and feels like meditation.
